How long is my warranty valid for?
Your training board comes with a 2-year transferable warranty. After that, you can easily replace and repair all parts yourself.
My puck isn't gliding properly anymore, what should I do?
Clean the surface with washing-up liquid, a little water and a pot scourer. Then spray it with the non-stick spray provided.
Can I get spare parts?
All parts of the training board are replaceable. You can get spare parts at any time in our shop.
