Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Shipping Method & Delivery Tracking

We ship your products safely and quickly via our logistics partner, DPD. To ensure you always know exactly when your package will arrive, we use the DPD Predict service. You will receive a notification on the day of delivery providing an exact 1-hour time window.

1. Shipping Within Germany

Due to the varying dimensions of our products, shipping is divided into two categories:

  • Standard Shipping (Accessories): €5.90 per order.

  • Oversized Shipping (StickIQ Boards & Lite): €15.90 per board.

    • Note: Our boards exceed the standard dimensions of automated sorting systems. They are processed manually as "Non-Conveyable" (NC) shipments to prevent any transport damage.

2. International Shipping (EU & Europe)

We deliver to almost all European countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on DPD shipping zones:

3. Shipping to Non-EU Countries (Switzerland, Norway, UK)

We also ship to non-EU countries. Please take note of the following:

  • Customs & Fees: For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, Norway), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees apply and must be settled by the recipient.

  • United Kingdom: Due to Brexit, an additional processing surcharge applies, which is already included in the shipping rates.

  • Pricing:

    • CH / NO / UK (Accessories): from €19.90

    • CH / NO / UK (Boards): from €39.90

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Germany: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 10–14 business days

  • Non-EU Countries: 10–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)
